About this Event

NGIS: Next Generation Incubation Scheme (NGIS) is STPI’s comprehensive incubation scheme which has a vision to drive the rise of India as a Software Product Nation so as to make India a global player in development, production and supply of Innovative, Efficient and Secure Software Products thus facilitating the growth across the entire spectrum of ICT sector as envisioned in the National Policy on Software Products (NPSP) – 2019. STPI through CHUNAUTI 3.0 is looking to identify and support promising startups with a special focus on start-ups working on Advancing Digital Applications with Special Focus on Accessibility and give them access to networks, connects, learning and resources that are needed to build scalable, profitable and global businesses.

CHUNAUTI 4.0 is a platform where a startup gets an opportunity to solve problems through innovative solutions. The objective of this is to identity, recognize & reward aspiring and early-stage tech entrepreneurs. This platform facilitates aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators and their success through strategic networking, seed funding, mentoring, providing support for training, marketing, patenting, access to the CoE labs, tools, software and state-of-the-art incubation facility.

Idea / Product / Solution Focus:

Digital Accessibility:

Products/Solutions for improving digital accessibility across India specifically for Persons with Disabilities (Mental Health/Speech/Visual/Hearing/Cognitive Impairment).

Digital Inclusion:

  • Digital Products/Solutions to enable & enhance technology adoption by general populace beyond the constraints of language barriers, digital literacy, digital resources etc.
  • Digital Products/Solutions to catalyse inclusion of larger populace under Govt. Schemes/Programs & Benefits (e.g., flagship pension, insurance schemes, etc.).
  • Digital Products/Solutions for providing access to quality content using innovative techniques in education, healthcare etc. to larger populace
  • Digital Products/Solutions for unique local level problems in particular sectors/domains like aquaculture, agriculture, skill etc for benefit of those sectors/domains.
  • Other assistive technology solution addressing a pressing need not covered above.

Speakers & Host

Shri. C.V.D. Ramprasad
Jurisdictional Director, STPI – AP & Telangana

Shri Ramprasad is Director at Software Technology Parks of India (STPI)-Hyderabad under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India, He is responsible for promotion of IT/ITES/ESDM units covering the states of AP & Telangana. He had started his career with NTPC Ltd; in 1987 and served in NTPC Ltd. at various capacities before joining STPI in 1999. He has done his B.Tech in ECE from College of Engineering, JNTU, Hyderabad and MBA from Osmania University. He had held responsibilities in STPI Chennai and Noida as Director, before taking charge of STPI-Hyderabad, in 2014.


Dr. Ch Naga Bhaskar
Principal – NRI Institute of Technology, Vijayawada

Dr. Ch Naga Bhaskar is having 18 Years of Teaching Experience, presently working as Principal in NRI Institute of Technology, June 1st 2011 to till date, He worked as Principal in VKR & VNB Engineering College, Gudivada, from June 2008 to May 2011. Worked as Professor in Dept. of Mechanical Engg. of PVP Siddhartha Institute of Technology from March 2006 to June 2008. He Worked as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engg. K.L College of Engg. from February 2005 to March 2006. Worked as Assistant Professor and Lecturer from October 1993 to February 2005, in Department of Mechanical Engineering, V.R.Siddartha Engineering College. He is Fellow of Institution of Engineers, India, Life Member as Chattered Engineer, Life Member of Indian Society for Technical Education, Life Member of Condition Monitoring Society of India.


Shri V. Sanjeev
Joint Director & Officer-In-Charge, STPI-Vijayawada

Shri V. Sanjeev is Joint Director at Software Technology Parks of India (STPI)-Vijayawada under Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India. He is responsible for operations like providing incubation and other support services to start-ups and SMEs in IT industry coordinating with start-ups selected under NGIS scheme for on boarding & other supports services.
