Mr. Kalyan is the Co-Founder & Director of InQube Innoventures, which incubates “Innovative Inclusive Initiatives”. Kalyan firmly believes that innovative and effective utilization of technology can lead to Equitable, Inclusive & Sustainable growth for the society at large.

Currently, Kalyan is involved in incubating several start-ups in the areas of Technology, Education, Healthcare, BPM, Skill Development, Data Analytics and Agriculture.

Earlier, Kalyan Co-Founded an US based Healthcare Services company which was finally acquired by the World’s largest employee benefits organization for US$ 140 Million.

His ventures have won “Great Place to Work” award in India for 3 continuous years, as well as “Exciting Emerging Companies to Work for” by NASSCOM and was the All India Finalist for “NASSCOM Innovation Awards”.

Kalyan graduated from St. Xaviers’ College and is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Cost Accountant by Profession with All India Merit Rank in both the examinations.

He is a regular Speaker in various Forums and is known for his business and social views and opinion in the Press, Electronic, Digital & Social Media.

Mr. Kalyan is currently in the Executive Committee of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, IT Committee of Bengal Chamber and Innovation & IT Committee of CII. He is also the Governing Body Member of Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority (NDITA) & Vice President of the Sector V Stakeholders’ Association. Kalyan has served as the Jury for the CII Industrial Innovation Awards, Bihar Startup Ideathon as well as WEBEL BCCI Tech Incubation Initiative. Currently he is a Mentor to the WEBEL BCCI Tech Incubation Center and is a Trustee of Sahaj Path, an initiative towards “Inclusive & Quality Education for All” & “The Boston Pledge – Asia”, which is an initiative to promote “Bengal” Globally.

Mr. Kalyan has also been a part of Government and Business Delegates to overseas countries promoting the “Make in India” & “Bengal Global Business Summit” initiatives.

Dr. Mrinal Kanti Debbarma is an Associate Professor & Associate Dean (FW) Department of Computer Science & Engineering, NIT, Agartala. He did his PhD (Information Technology) from Assam University, Silchar, MTech (Computer Science & Engineering) from MNNIT, Allahabad and BTech (Computer Science & Engineering) from IET, Lucknow. He has guided many PhD, MTech, BTech and MCA students for thesis and projects.

Dr. Mrinal’s research interest is in MANET Routing Protocols, Wireless Sensor Networks, Internet of Things, Software Engineering with special interest in Software metrics analysis and Regression testing.

He is the member of many national & international professional bodies like IEEE, Institution of Engineers (India), International Association of Engineers, International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology, International Innovation Scientific & Research Organization, Science and Engineering Institute, etc.

Dr. Mrinal has published 19 research papers in peer reviewed international journals and has presented many research papers in international forums. He has authored books Advances in “Intelligent Systems and Computing”, “Biometric Based Attendance System: Face Your Identity”, “An Efficient Path Selection Strategy for Regression Testing with Software Metrics Based Approach”.

Dr. Swanirbhar Majumder is presently Associate Professor in Dept. of Information Technology (IT), Tripura University since 2017. Prior to this, he was working as an Assistant Professor in the Dept of Electronics & Communication Engg, North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Arunachal Pradesh from 2006 to 2017. He completed his PhD, PG and UG from the engineering faculty of Jadavpur University, Calcutta University and North Easter Hill University (NEHU), Shillong respectively.

Mr. Susanta Shome is the Executive Chairman & CEO, Knowlezz Glotech Pvt. Ltd, Agartala, Tripura. He is having more than 15 years of experience. Prior to this, Mr. Susanta has served as the Country CTO of a Telecom Operator in 4 African Countries. He holds BE in Electronics & Communication.

Mr. Subrata Debnath has more than 20 years of experience working in Distributed Systems and Networking industry. He has vast experience with Product Development, Innovation and Solutions. He had previously Co-founded Etrance Networks and Xlayer Technologies and was instrumental in architecting Security, Multimedia Distribution and IOT products for Defence and Smart City. He was part of the initial engineering team of Movik that developed Transparent Content Proxy for Mobile Network. He had previously worked with HP, Emulex and MAC as an Architect and Senior Engineering roles.

Mr. Subrata completed his Bachelor’s in Computer Science from North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, Itanagar.
