Dr. Rajneesh Agrawal is Director of STPI for the jurisdiction of Uttarpradesh, Uttarakhand, Madhya pradesh and Chhattisgarh. He is contributing immensely in repositioning of STPI with focus on innovation and dispersal of IT/ESDM industry in the northern part of India. Along with the statutory responsibilities with regard to STP and EHTP schemes, he is profoundly contributing for growth of High Speed Data Communication services, incubation services, implementation of IBPS & NGIS, and setting up of Centre of Entrepreneurship (CoE) for new & emerging technologies like Block-Chain, MedTech, FinTech, ESDM, AI, Data Analytics, etc. across various cities under his jurisdiction. In past seven years, he has spearheaded the infrastructure development projects for creating conducive environment for IT/ITES and ESDM industries in smaller cities under his jurisdiction. He initiated one of the prestigious projects, Electropreneur Park for promotion of start ups in ESDM sector in association with Delhi University and IESA

Sh. Sudhir Chandra Nautiyal has over more than 25 years of experience working in various domains which ranges from development of Leather Industries, to managing the MSME’s growth in the state, Sh. Nautiyal is the Director Industries, Uttarakhand, since December 2017. He has supported in formulation, amendment and implementation of various policies (Mega Industrial Policy, Electric Vehicle Policy, Export Policy etc.). under manufacturing and service sector as per the latest market trends. Having worked for State Government, Private Sector, and Nationalized Bank, Sh Nautiyal has a wide experience in Investment Promotion Activities in the state which includes facilitating investor, investor management, investor retention, etc. and designing and developing strategies for the promotion of industries in Uttarakhand Sh. Nautiyal is the key enabler of Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) for the investors. He is one of the key drivers of the Start-up Ecosystem and is responsible for promoting domestic entrepreneurship in the state. He is very sound and instrumental in conducting marketing and trade promotion events and is also a committee member in various Industry associations

Sh. Pankaj Gupta is Chief Mentor of NGIS Dehradun and
President of Industries Association of Uttarakhand (IAU). He is Co-Founder of Satya Industries. Sh. Gupta is member of various industry/trade associations with like Industries Association of Uttarakhand, State Udyog Mitra Uttarakhand, MSME Board GoI, etc. He completed BSc-Electronics.

Dr S D Samantaray is Professor and Head of Computer Engineering Department in College of Technology at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar. He is also Director In Charge of Pantnagar Incubator and Secretary of STRIEDS the Start Up Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development Society of Pantnagar. He is also one of the Member of the Apex body Uttarakhand Start Up Council.

Dr. Samantaray has experience of more than 30 years of teaching and research.

Sh. Gaurav Lamba is Head of CII Uttarakhand. He is a performance-driven, result-oriented, self-motivated professional with over 19 years of experience in multiple fields including business development, Corporate Social Responsibility, Affirmative Action, Education & Skill Development, Public Relations & Communication, Liasioning, Project Management, Conceptualizing/ Designing/Organising & Managing Programmes, SME Development & B2B Trade Fairs, Report writing & Proposal Development. Possess good communication, writing, negotiating and analytical skills. Initiative taker and has always been an asset to the organization.

Sh. Sanjay Kumar is Additional Director, STPI Noida. Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (GoI). He has completed B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering, M.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from REC Kurukshetra and MBA (International Business) from Pondicherry University. Ile is also CCNA & Cisco Certified Academy Instructor and Life Member of Indian society of Technical Education (ISTE). He has immense experience of 22 years In Govt. Organisation and Academics. Ile is involved in various activities of STPI such as Setting up of Centre of Excellence, NGIS scheme, Project consultancy, ISO & ISMS standards and training division. Approx 7 Publications in National and international conferences proceedings. Ile has also involved in teaching students of 10th class in the village (Maina) on weekends.

Sh. Maneesh Kumar is Additional Director & OIC of STPI-Dehradun. He has done Master’s In Computer Applications and MBA in Project Management. He Started his carrier as a Software Engineer in 2007. He is having a work experience of 14 years. Presently posted at STPI Dehradun and responsible for overall operations of the center. Actively involved in implementing various schemes of STPI, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology foe the promotion of IT/ITeS industry in the state of Uttarakhand.
