Dr. Rajneesh Agrawal is Director, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Noida whose jurisdiction comprises 09 States of Northern India. He is contributing immensely in the repositioning of STPI with focus on innovation and dispersal of the IT/ESDM industry in the northern part of India. Along with the statutory responsibilities with regard to STP and EHTP schemes, he is profoundly contributing for the growth of High-Speed Data Communication services, incubation services and setting up of Centre of Excellence (CoE) for new & emerging technologies like Block-Chain, MedTech, FinTech, ESDM, AI, Data Analytics, etc.

Shri Rishav Gupta (IAS), Chief Executive Officer – Indore Smart City Development Limited (ISCDL). He is 2014 batch IAS from MP Cadre and currently working as Chief Executive Officer of Indore Smart City Development Limited (ISCDL). Shri Gupta is born and brought in Panchkula district in Haryana. After doing his initial schooling from St. Xavier’s, Panchkula, he did undergrad in Electrical Engineering from I.I.T. Delhi. He joined Royal Bank of Scotland, thereafter, as a Software Analyst in its Global Banking and Markets division. In year 2014, he got selected in Indian Administrative Services and was awarded Madhya Pradesh Cadre. In the last few years, he has worked in various administrative roles including SDM Kukshi, CEO Zila Panchayat, Mandsaur and Additional Collector, Ujjain.

Shri Abhishek Bardia is an Engineer of 2003 batch in the field of Electronics, Instrumentation and control. He is also MBA from IIM Lucknow batch of 2005. He has held various key positions in organizations of repute like Aditya Birla Nuvo, Idea Cellular Ltd., Hexaware technologies, IDFC, UCB Finance Pvt. Ltd. , Ecosystem Ventures and Trishika Industries Pvt. Ltd. Presently he is working as an Executive Head in MP Start-up Centre, Government of MP initiative and is working closely with the start-up eco system of the region. He is intensely committed towards the growth of the start-ups and is contributing his immense knowledge and experience with the start-ups for their overall growth.

Dr. Swaminathan R is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Indore. Earlier, he completed his PhD from IIT Kharagpur in 2016 and worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore from 2016 to 2019. He received the B.Tech. degree in ECE from SASTRA University, Thanjavur, in 2009 and M.E. degree in communication systems from the College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, in 2011. His research interests include efficient design of Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks (SAGIN) with hybrid optical-RF wireless communications, Non-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) Ultraviolet (UV) optical wireless communications, development of novel algorithms for blind parameter estimation of forward error correcting codes and interleavers, 5G and beyond wireless systems, index modulation techniques for next-generation wireless communications, energy harvesting schemes for integrated optical-RF networks, Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) techniques, Intelligent Reflecting Surfaces (IRS) aided wireless communications, etc. Dr. Swaminathan received the gold medal from the College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.

So far, he has published 38 peer-reviewed international Journal and conference publications. Also, he is the author or co-author of 18 International journal publications including 12 publications in reputed IEEE Journals/Transactions/Letters. Furthermore, he has been serving as a Reviewer for reputed IEEE journals and as a TPC member for reputed IEEE conferences.

Shri Sanjeev Agrawal is a seasoned professional with more than 28 years of rich industry experience. He has envisioned, lead, and executed multiple initiatives around the areas of Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Infrastructure development at Impetus. He has spearheaded the formulation and implementation of financial models and HR strategies for organizational development, Talent Management, and Transformational Culture.

With a strong focus on operational efficiencies, governance, and user experience he has led the business through different developmental phases and have established strong liaising with external entities including State & Central Government departments and Ministries.

Shri Sanjay Kumar is an Additional Director at Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Noida. He is a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering and also has M.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) with Distinction in project work From REC Kurukshetra. His dissertation work in M.Tech was “Noise Reduction using anti-Noise cancellation Technique” which was adjudged with distinction. He is also an MBA in International Business. He has done various certification course like CCNA, CCAI and Tele-health Technology (a course in-collaboration with Anna University & Apollo Hospital Chennai ). He is a Life Member, Indian society of Technical Education. He is having 22 years of work experience which includes working as Asst.
