Dr. Rajneesh Agrawal is Director, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Noida. He is contributing immensely in repositioning of STPI with focus on innovation and dispersal of IT/ESDM industry in the northern part of India. Along with the statutory responsibilities with regard to STP and EHTP schemes, he is profoundly contributing for growth of High-Speed Data Communication services, incubation services and new projects like computerization of STPI, Electropreneur Park, etc.

Dr. Rajneesh Agrawal has been actively involved in formulation of policies and measures by the government in the IT and ESDM sector. He has immense experience of more than 27 years in working in various sectors including academic, media and IT/ESDM. He has unique distinction of working very closely with government, academia and IT /ESDM industry.

Prof. Talwekar is currently heading the Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. and Computer Science Engg. at Govt. Engineering College Raipur and having 25 yrs of teaching experience in his field. He has done his PHD in DESIGN OF VLSI BASED HIGH PERFORMANCE PHASE LOCKED LOOP IN UHF BAND. He is member of so many professional societies like ISTE, IBMSE, EC member of ISTE New Delhi. He has written ample of journals and attended conferences both national and international. He has done so many research project work and going to have copy right on a CCTV based project to RSP (SAIL), Rourkela.

His objective is to increase the efficiency of employer in all respect and providing at par knowledge to students by positive thinking towards management goal and survive with respective manner to make best institute in India in training, academic and research.

Praveen Kanda is the Founder of Innodeed Systems. A technology services company that helps its clients convert their ideas into reality using the latest software technologies.

He has witnessed the evolution of mobile technology since last decade and has been part of the transformation and changes in mobile space.

He has previously worked with leading product development companies like Autodesk and GlobalLogic. He was one of the founding members of Lambent technologies a leading offshore development company in central India which was acquired by GlobalLogic. A technocrat at soul and entrepreneur at heart Praveen loves technology and transformation it brings.

He has completed B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering, M.Tech. (Electronics & Communication Engineering) from REC Kurukshetra and MBA (International Business) from Pondicherry University. Ile is also CCNA & Cisco Certified Academy Instructor and Life Member of Indian society of Technical Education (ISTE). He has immense experience of 22 years In Govt. Organisation and Academics. Ile is involved in various activities of STPI such as Setting up of Centre of Excellence, NGIS scheme, Project consultancy, ISO & ISMS standards and training division. Approx 7 Publications in National and international conferences proceedings. Ile has also involved in teaching students of 10th class in the village (Maina) on weekends.

Shri Dhirendra Nath Behera is an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) professional with 26 years of hands-on experience, including Software Development, consulting, Foreign Trade policy implementation and Network Operation Centre (NOC) management. He did masters in Computer Applications, Business Administration and Information Technology. He started his carrier from a Bhubaneswar based IT company in 1994, and then he joined Indian Statistics Research Institute, New Delhi.

In January 1997 he joined in STPI Noida as Assistant Director, since then he is serving STPI in various capacities, at present Sh. Behera is working in STPI Bhilai as Jt. Director and Officer-in-charge.
