About this Event
Next Generation Incubation Scheme (NGIS) is STPI’s comprehensive incubation scheme which has a vision to drive the rise of India as a Software Product Nation so as to make India a global player in development, production and supply of Innovative, Efficient and Secure Software Products thus facilitating the growth across the entire spectrum of ICT sector as envisioned in the National Policy on Software Products (NPSP) – 2019.
NGIS has a vision to promote & support innovative start-ups working towards software product development (including embedded electronics) through a synergized pan-India approach. NGIS has been launched from 12 Tier-II locations across India viz. Agartala, Bhilai, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Dehradun, Guwahati, Jaipur, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Mohali, Patna & Vijayawada for supporting startups across India.
NextGen Start-up Challenge Contest (CHUNAUTI – Challenge Hunt Under NGIS for Advanced Uninhibited Technology Intervention) is a series of online under NGIS.
CHUNAUTI 5.0, the call for application, is looking to identify and support promising startups working towards building products/solutions in Emerging Tech.

Dr. Arun Mohan Sherry is an M.Sc. (Gold Medalist), M.Tech. (Computer Science -IIT Kharagpur), Ph.D. He is a recipient of Anand Swarup Bhatnagar Gold Medal for securing highest marks in the post-graduate examination; Brilliant Student Honor by Lions Club in the year 1987 and 1989; “Indian Icon Award” for outstanding accomplishments and excellence in the field of Education-2010 and “Rabindranath Tagore Samman”-2011 for his contribution in the field of Technical Education.

Dr. Niharika Anand is working as a Assistant Professor of
Department of I.T. at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow. She has done her Ph.D in Wireless Sensor Network from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad, India; M.Tech and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication in 2012 and 2006 respectively.
Her research interests include Wireless Sensor Networks,4G and 5G technologies, Internet of Things, Security in Wireless Sensor Networks, Distributed Networks, Artificial Intelligence. She has More than 10 years of Teaching and Research experience at reputed engineering colleges/ universities.

Dr. Vishal Krishna Singh is working as Faculty In-Charge
Training And Placements at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow. He has done PhD in Information Technology from Institute: Indian Institute of Information Technology, Jhalwa, Allahabad. His research interests include Machine Learning, Wireless Sensor Networks, In-network Inference, Data Mining, Database Management, Data Analytics, and Internet of Things.

Dr. Praveen Kumar Dwivedi is having 18 years of experience
in academics & STPI, presently working as Additional Director and Officer-in-Charge at STPI-Lucknow, Kanpur and Prayagaraj. He is closely working with state government, academic Institutions and other stakeholders for the promotion of IT/ITES/ESDM industry in the UP region.
