He has around 22 years of experience in implementing and supporting the industry by way of STP and EHTP scheme. He has provided consultancy services for Karnataka, MP and Chhattisgarh SWAN.
He has worked for the formulation of incubation programme to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and product creation. Prior to joining STPI he was lecturer at engineering college, Belagavi. He did his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Bhavnagar University and PGDM in personnel from Symbiosis Pune.

He is the founder of GCEC Global Foundation a section 8 non-profit educational institute focused on transforming the education system in India by introducing a new age entrepreneurial mindset in education that works with a variety of institutions ranging from schools, universities, and other educational institutions. He is also the co-founder and investor in Neos Angels, a startup funding and consulting organisation, founder of Brevitty, a candid platform for entrepreneurs and startup enthusiasts to network and be connected with the startup ecosystem and he also runs a real estate and agriculture business.

Shri Raj Kumar Verma is Additional Director & Officer-In-Charge, Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), Rajasthan is responsible for implementing STP & EHTP scheme in the state and has been contributing for promoting exports of Software & Services.
He has more than 16 years of experience in implementing and supporting the industry by way of STP and EHTP scheme and other activities. He has provided consultancy services for Karnataka SWAN.
Prior to joining STPI he was lecturer at engineering college, Mathura & Agra.
